    At SLIP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

    Returns Eligibility

    Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

    • Damaged items: Products that arrive damaged or defective
    • Incorrect orders: If you received the wrong items
    • Unopened products: Sealed, unused products in their original packaging

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used nicotine pouch refills.

    Return Window

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving return authorisation.

    How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Email us at hello@sliprefill.com with your order number
    2. Describe the reason for your return
    3. Include photos if the item is damaged
    4. Wait for our team to respond with return instructions

    Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

    Subscription Cancellations

    You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please note:

    • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
    • Orders already processed cannot be cancelled
    • You can pause your subscription instead of cancelling

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

    Return Shipping

    For returns due to damage or our error, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
